Even better than the pictures! We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to come back. This was our 8th time in Emerald Isle and by far the best place we’ve stayed. The condo itself is beautiful and has anything you could need. We loved sitting out in the back porch overlooking the pool and reading in the swing chairs out front. The beach was a very short walk away! We will definitely come back.

Place as described! Pristine! Many extras we enjoyed included hose for sandy toys/beach chairs and feet right by door, swinging chairs in street side balcony of condo and nice pool balconies! Beach half a block and pool right outside door! Great for kids! Shops right next door and under condo a nice plus! Pizza / Pina Coladas handy and excellent! Will advise if have issues with steps the main living area on 2nd floor and bedrooms on 3rd floor. This Grandma and Grandpa did fine, just a reminder.

We enjoyed our weekend so much! The place was absolutely beautiful, and we loved everything about it. Cara made our stay so easy.. towels, linens, etc. were all included and the special touch of having cute travel size self-care products were an extra bonus. The location was perfect and there were so many things to do (in walking distance). We went to Swansboro every day and ate at delicious Yana's twice. We enjoyed dining at Boro Restuarant Sat. night, the food was delicious, and the live entertainment was great. We also went to Mac Daddy's because we were celebrating our son's 14th birthday. The game system in the kid's bedroom brought lots of entertainment, my husband and three sons all enjoyed it! I will say it has been the best birthday celebration yet. Thanks so much Cara!

Beautifully decorated and such an easy walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time. The kids loved the giant swinging nest chairs and the arcade console. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and it was nice to get ice cream and coffee at the nearby shops.

Our family enjoyed our beach vacation. The place was beautiful, quiet and easy to get around locally. Cara is very responsive and provides most anything you need during your stay. My only suggestion would be considering a keypad lock to get in and out. We found it hard sometimes using the key to open the door. We look forward to staying again in the future.

our family had a great time at cara and josh’s place! they were attentive and very responsive. the house is beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was very quiet! highlights: being a short walk from the beach, having a fully stocked kitchen, kids playing with the ball and bat and beach toys provided, using the pool when we didn’t want to get sandy, and quick access to a delicious coffee shop downstairs! we plan to be back again to this paradise!!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed and then some. We appreciated the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cara really thinks of the tiny details and things you may need so it feels like a home away from home. We loved sitting out on the large deck. Our 4yr old love sitting in the basket chair on the deck off the kitchen to read a book. The beds and pillows were fantastic! We enjoyed being a quick walk to the beach and the local ice cream recommendation…Adeline says thank you! She was thrilled eating her ice cream and rock in the chairs they have. We’re already looking at dates for next year. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo we truly had a dreamy vacation!
