This was our first Air BnB experience. Cara was very helpful in answering my questions and was always quick to respond. We had a wonderful time at this lodge and my family of 5 was more than comfortable. We were lucky enough to catch some bear sightings including a mama and her cub. The hot tub was very enjoyable after a long day of hiking and activities. The beds and guest rooms were all very comfortable and we loved the decor and theme inside the cabin. While it is of no fault to the host, we were disappointed that 2 of the 3 community pools were closed when we were there, leaving the one that was open kind of crowded. Just something to keep in mind if the number of pools is part of the reason you are choosing the location.

We had the best time staying in this cabin for an extended stay. Cara was so easy to talk to when we had questions and they went out of their way for us to feel welcome. Loved the hot tub, views, and getting to see the bears in the spring! (Beds were very comfortable as well!) We even enjoyed the pool once it opened. Can’t wait to visit again.

What a beautiful cabin! We spend the 4th of July week at Cara’s Cabin. Beautiful view. Home was very clean and relaxing to our family. Game room upstairs was a total hit. Having a hot tub on the second floor was a great relaxing spot from our day to day activities. Cara was very personable and easy to communicate with. We would definitely be booking this cabin again. Multiple pools throughout the neighborhood. Highly recommend this spot for your next vacation!

This was our first time staying in the Gatlinburg area and we were so excited to stay in this beautiful cabin in the mountains. The cabin was perfect for our family(our children are 3,12, and 13). The game room/bunk area was perfect for our older kids and we all loved the hot tub. The views from the cabin were absolutely breathtaking and just what we needed.

We enjoyed the cabin for Christmas. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Quiet location, but still easy enough to get to downtown Gatlinburg. Adequate supplies to cook meals. The kids enjoyed the pool table and arcade games. Everyone enjoyed the balconies, rocking chairs, and hot tub. Only recommendation would be to add a few more towels. We had to wash towels frequently so that everyone would have one. Overall, it was a great time!

We had a great stay. The cabin was spacious for our family of five, and the three kids (ages 4, 7, & 9) loved the bunk beds and the arcade. The cabin is pretty high up in the mountains but we had no trouble getting up the roads (all paved) in our minivan. Highly recommend!

This cabin was a gem! Our family of four used it as our home base for three nights while we explored the Smokies. Peace and quiet was in abundance in this hilltop cabin outside of Gatlinburg. We enjoyed breakfast with the sunrise on the porch each morning, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the foosball table, arcade games, and jacuzzi. For anyone considering this cabin, understand it is a 20 minute drive into downtown Gatlinburg. That didn’t bother us, since we picked up groceries and cooked our meals in, while enjoying the tranquility and the views. But for those who would rather go out to eat or want to enjoy the Gatlinburg nightlife, this cabin might be a bit far out. We enjoyed every minute we spent, while our kids insisted that we need to buy this house! Thanks to Josh and Cara for the wonderful stay!

We stayed here for our sons soccer tournament and decided to turn it into a long weekend/ mini vacation. Wow! Are we glad we did! Impeccable cleanliness, everything was as described and better! We loved relaxing in the cabin and hot tub and enjoying the scenery. My kids are already asking when we can go back. Would stay here again rather than downtown. Far enough to relax and be out of craziness but close enough to do things and go into town if needed. Thank you dreamy bear lodge for the fantastic weekend!
